I started my career in the US, hiring C-level executives for Fortune 500 Tech companies. I moved to London in 2016 and later founded Centric Search - a market-leading executive search firm hiring VP and C-level execs for investor-backed Tech companies.
I constantly found myself being asked by candidates for help and feedback, and began coaching them towards the jobs they wanted. Ambitious and experienced executives had nowhere to go for the kind of tailored insights they needed.
